Raw material
Recovery plastic granulate derived from the processing of electric cables.
Weight and dimensions
Eanch item weighs 3,5 Kg (around 63 Kg per m 2) Thickness 62mm perimeter 1020 mm. One square meter of floor is formed by eighteen self-locking items.
Shape
Three hexagons laid side-by-side with, or without, bevelling along the entire perimeter of the top surface.
Top surface
Embossed surface with 25 bosses (30 mm diameter ) or smooth surface with no pattern.
BOTTOM SURFACE
Hollow in order to enhance adherence to sand beds, and crossed reinforcement ribs made of the same raw material.
LAYING
Laying procedures are the same as for any other self-locking floor: dry laying on pre-existing floors or on sand bed (5-6 cm thick). Laying operations should be followed by vibration rolling.
PRODUCTION COLOUR
The self-locking components are ezclusively black ehen marketed. They can however be painted with special acrylic paints for plastic materials after laying
